The motorcycle crash card is produced in New South Wales, by Hornsby Shire Council,

Supported by New South Wales Ambulance, Police, Fire and Rescue.

Crash Card, is a small card that motorcyclists and their pillions carry within the lining of their helmets.

The card, provides your personal information saving valuable time and assisting with treatment, especially if the rider is unable to communicate.

The rider completes their details on the crash card, it is then placed in the helmet lining.

A red sticker is placed, on the right outer side of the helmet. In the case of an accident, Emergency services, can clearly identify if you have a Crash Card and offer you the best assistance.
